MAPPING DEATH AND LOSSES IN THE 2ND WORLD WAR

A similar project at the University of Osnabrück uses GIS supported analyzes based on personnel files of the Wehrmacht

This project is led by Prof. Christoph Rass (https://www.imis.uni-osnabrueck.de/rass_christoph/zur_person/profil.html) to highlight the distribution of military losses over space and time and the distribution of losses over the recruitment area of a specific unit.

For Warlux we plan something similar and expect an exciting input. Hoping to discuss our results with the team of Professor Rass very soon.
